The reality today
Running a rugby club in 2026 shouldn't feel like this.
Sunday-morning mini rugby is a sign-in nightmare
120 kids, 14 coaches, a wet pitch and a clipboard that ends up illegible by 11am.
Front-row resource is always behind
Coaching qualifications (Stage 1, Stage 2, Front Row Coach), first-aid certs and Garda Vetting all live in different inboxes.
Women's and youth growing fast
More teams every season, more registrations, more medical declarations — the existing system was never built for it.
Clubhouse takings vs membership ledger
Bar, gate and membership all hit the same bank account — and the treasurer is reconciling on a Wednesday night.
How ClubRovia fits
Mapped to how Rugby clubs actually run.
