No. Applications go through your NGB or directly to the National Vetting Bureau. ClubRovia is the system of record that tracks, alerts on, and audits the process.
Who can see vetting status?▾
Only the Children's Officer, DLP and authorised committee roles you designate. Vetting numbers are masked by default and access is logged.
What happens if a coach's vetting expires?▾
They're immediately flagged red on the compliance dashboard and automatically blocked from being assigned to minor groups until renewed.
Is this compliant with Irish legislation?▾
