By accessing or using ClubRovia at app.clubrovia.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including club administrators, coaches, members, parents/guardians, supporters, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

ClubRovia is a sports club management platform that enables clubs to manage memberships, registrations, events, sessions, facilities, fundraising, communications, and payments. The Platform provides tools for club administrators, coaches, and members to interact and manage club operations.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on ClubRovia, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same person

Parents and guardians are responsible for managing their children's accounts and ensuring the accuracy of information provided about minors.

4. Club Administrator Responsibilities

If you are a club administrator using ClubRovia to manage a club, you additionally agree to:

• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure your club's use of member data complies with data protection laws, including the GDPR
• Maintain appropriate safeguarding policies for youth members
• Accurately represent fees, event details, and club information to members
• Respond to member data access requests in a timely manner
• Not use the Platform to collect or store data beyond what is necessary for club operations
• Manage staff access permissions responsibly and review them regularly

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape data from the Platform
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' experience
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the Platform for purposes other than legitimate club management and participation

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ClubRovia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ClubRovia in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for actions taken by clubs, their administrators, coaches, or other members
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by clubs or their members

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClubRovia, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• Clubs may remove members from their club at their discretion
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
• Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
