Why it works
A connected club.
A lighter load.
The hard part of running a club is often the space between the tools: re-entering a name, checking a payment, forwarding another message. Clubrovia brings those everyday jobs together.
The difference is connection
Your tools should know your club.
A shared member record gives each workflow a common starting point. Your treasurer can focus on payments, your coach on sessions, and your families on taking part.
Role-based access keeps that shared context useful without giving everyone the same permissions.

A practical way to get started
Your next season starts here.
A thoughtful rollout works better for the people who will use it every week.
Start with your people.
Create your club structure, review your member data and decide who needs access. Keep families, teams and volunteers connected from the beginning.
- Review member imports
- Set roles and permissions

Make the everyday flow.
Set up the tools you need first. A membership payment, a training session and a club update should all belong to the same club story.
- Configure fees and registration
- Plan sessions and facilities
- Bring communication into the club
Grow at your club’s pace.
Pilot with one team, listen to volunteers and invite the rest of the club when you are ready. Add events, fundraising and competitions as you need them.
- Try a focused pilot
- Support your volunteers
- Build a repeatable handover

Let’s clear things up.
The practical details, before you get started.
What is Clubrovia?
Clubrovia is sports club management software that brings membership, payments, messaging, facilities, fundraising, events and competitions into one connected platform. It gives committees, coaches and families tools for their part of club life.
Is the platform really free to set up?
The community club platform has no setup or monthly subscription fee. One service fee applies when payments are collected: 10% + €0.50 for standard payments, or 5% + €0.50 for lotto and sponsorship, including card processing. The fee is added at checkout, so your club receives the full price it sets. Review the full rate card and checkout examples on our pricing page. Enterprise arrangements are priced separately.
Can we move from spreadsheets or another club app?
Start by reviewing the data you can export, including members, teams and family relationships. Our team can help you plan an import and a pilot before inviting the whole club. Payment mandates and recurring subscriptions need a separate review; they should not be assumed to transfer automatically.
Which sports can use Clubrovia?
Clubrovia is designed for community sports organisations, including GAA, soccer, rugby, hockey, tennis, swimming and more. Explore the sport guides for examples of membership, booking and competition workflows.
How is Clubrovia different from ClubZap?
Both platforms address membership, payments and club communication. Clubrovia also brings facility booking, tournament management and wider club operations into the platform. Compare the workflows your club needs, the member experience and the total cost of transactions using our sourced comparison.
