Does the fee come out of the club’s price?
No. The service fee is added at checkout. If your club sets a membership price of €100, the customer pays €110.50 at the standard rate and your club receives €100.
Does the service fee include card processing?
Yes. Card processing is included in the service fee shown at checkout. Your club still receives the full price it sets.
What happens with installments?
Payment plans can include multiple service-fee charges and a club-configured installment surcharge. Review the per-installment amount and full plan total before confirming. The calculator above illustrates one payment.
Are all fundraising payments at the reduced rate?
No. The reduced 5% + €0.50 rate applies to lotto and sponsorship. Other fundraising payments use the standard 10% + €0.50 service fee.
Do larger organisations have different arrangements?
