Frequently Asked
Where do we manage a collection?▾
In the app, open Money in, choose Collections and create a new collection. Name it, choose the amount and select the people who should receive it.
What fee applies?▾
Quick collections use the standard service fee of 10% + €0.50, including card processing. The fee is added to the club price at checkout, so your club receives its full price. See the pricing page for worked examples.
Can we record cash or a bank transfer?▾
The collection tools support recording money collected outside the app. Check and reconcile the payment before marking it as received.
Is this the same as recurring membership?▾
Collections are useful for one-off asks. Membership registrations and installment plans have their own workflows. Choose the tool that fits the payment you are collecting.
Ready to run your club the right way?
No setup fees. No monthly fees. Service fees apply when payments are collected.
